First time on a fishing charter and it couldn’t have been a better experience. A great day filled with plenty of action, beautiful sights, and some great salmon catches. Dan’s knowledge of everything from locations, to tactics and advice, as well as his great passion for his craft, made for a fun day of learning to fish the Salish Sea!

My wife and I had an amazing time fishing with Dan in October. He even made the sun shine and waters calm for us! The fish, of course, seems to be a given with Dan haha. We truly enjoyed our time on the boat with him, and will be doing it again if we’re back in the area!

Thanks Dan for the two great fishing trips in August 2024.

A fishing trip with Dan certainly comes with my highest recommendation. In my experience, if there are fish around Dan will find them, stay on the school, and use his expert driving skills to coerce them. He uses his extensive local knowledge to drop the right flashers and lures to the right depth at the right speed using his top quality rods, reels, and high speed downriggers. You will not see anyone identify a strike, set a hook, and land a fish better than Dan and I can attest that in just a few trips I have learned more about fishing from Dan than everyone else I know, combined. It’s an awesome, fun trip with a big learning bonus.

Thank You Dan for a great morning of crazy hot fishing. You really got us “ on the fish!”

I loved your excitement and help during each salmon we battled, and there were many. The crab and prawns we caught that morning combined with the expertly filleted salmon made for a family sea food feast we’ll never forget.

We had a wonderful day on the water. Dan is so knowlegeable & competent; the trip was thoroughly worry-free & enjoyable. And to top it off, we came home with salmon and prawns for dinner! We look forward to our next trip, and bringing friends. Thanks Dan!
